Roy and Anns Haven

The place was modern and spotlessly clean. Ann had lots of extras, including three delicious breakfast choices, which she made. Good coffee, fruit and little chocolate treats. Ann was the perfect host and we definitely rate this as the best we've ever experienced.

The place is a great home away from home. Anne is a wonderful host. She provided a nice breakfast and was very willing to help with any other requirements. Due to my work, I was very delayed for checkout, but she didn't mind a bit.

The location and the quality of the accommodation is beyond expectation. Ann was a fabulous host and we enjoyed staying at her place so much. The breakfast was perfect!! We will return and stay longer in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Rate Roy and Ann’s Haven in New Zealand. Ann was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was very comfortable, with great attention to detail that made our stay extra special. Breakfast was absolutely amazing — delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Highly recommended!

The location, the amenities, the free coffee, water, chocolates, tea. The bathroom. The cleanliness amd the hosting services and friendly attitude. Helpfulness and location were amazing.

Small single beds only thing

The breakfasts we had each morning in the garden were amazing, and because of our jet lag we requested different times - Ann was so accommodating. The rooms are very modern with a clean European decor and modern fixtures: the place was immaculate. All the laundry and coffee facilities are there and modern. I would happily send my in-laws there who are very picky!
