Just what we needed, Ann kept in contact with us and we were welcomed by her on arrival and she showed us our room and the facilities, she was professional and friendly. The location suited us perfectly as we were needing to be close to the marina.

Nothing. All our requirements were met. we were very happy with the location, facility and the amenities were all that we needed.

The ensuite room and decor of the accommodation was tastefully done to a high standard with everything you would need for a short stay. The beds were comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities provided with quality products, great shower, practically new laundry facilities. Everything spotlessly clean. Very nice breakfast options. Many thanks to Ann our host.

Ann was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing, beautifully cooked and presented, and Ann was so kind to deliver to our room really early at 6am as we had to leave early. Highly recommended!

Spot on for what we needed. A lovely host and the room was beautifully prepared.

Sadly, we were woken early by the other people staying at the property.
