Absolutely First Class. Everything was simply perfect. From our welcome to our departure. High quality furnishings, fixtures & fittings. Fabulously comfortable bed and top quality linens. Powerful shower. TV with Netflix to help us wind down after a long day. Beautiful surroundings directly outside. Breakfast choice and quality food and juice was excellent. Absolutely perfect stay. Thank you Ann & Roy!

This was a real gem and I was in much need of a rest. Ann's place is decorated to a very high standard and it was a joy to rest here for a night..thank you!

Ann was so accomodating, the unit was self contained, modern, clean and private. Close to wonderful water ways and not far from Ruakaka would definitely come back to stay again! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality breakfast was yummy
