The location was perfect, our hostess was very nice, she came out to us to welcome us as we arrived and explained to us everything we needed to know. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent We wish we could come again.

I loved everything about Roy and Ann's it was spotless in every way, quiet, warm, well laid out and great attention to detail. I've already booked to stay again. Breakfast was a real treat and I felt like royalty -thanks Ann and Roy

Ann was so friendly and welcoming. Mum and I had a great stay. Ann's breakfast in the morning was exceptional. It was good to find such a great place close to Whangarei that was the perfect stop on a long trip home.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer und auch die sonstige Einrichtung die wir sehen konnten sind weit über den Standard. Absolut toll.

Leider war unser Nachbar sehr laut in den Morgenstunden. Die Telefongespräche an 04:00 waren halt einfach zu laut. Die Gegend ist nur auf Bootsbesitzer zugeschnitten (Neubaugebiet).
