Wairimu View Lodge

This is the perfect place to unwind and escape the city. We absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere and all the amenities, making our stay truly exceptional. The bathtub was simply perfect. Peta and Rich are wonderful hosts.

The main room was very spacious, with a huge comfy bed, sofa and dining area. The separate kitchenette had everything we needed, including an air fryer, which was great for heating the croissants provided with the plentiful breakfast provisions. Loved the walk-in rainfall shower and the huge bath - both very welcome after a day out walking. The location was perfect, just a short drive from Waipu and with absolutely stunning views. We would love to spend more time there.

This accommodation is impeccable in every way. I was there alone, for a full week. I was able to select my breakfast preferences. All was provided. This is a haven of tranquility with stunning views and optimum privacy. Fabulous shower, many lovely touches in the bathroom and it would make a wonderful honeymoon suite. Waipu is close by, with wonderful beaches within a very short drive. I would return again in a heartbeat. Utterly wonderful.

A very luxurious room with a very kind host. Although we had some terrible days weatherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much. If you visit Waipu and surrounding...stay here!!
