We left before breakfast. A small offering of breakfast bars would've been nice.

Didn't know room were on 2ndlevel but Guido was wonderful helping us with luggage

Breakfast in Guido's sunroom is the best way to start your day in Napier!

Great location to visit Napier. The owner Guido was very helpful and friendly The breakfast food was good quality.

Only two tables for three rooms in breakfast room.

Guido, the proprietor, was excellent and could not do enough for you.

Nothing really. A small milk jug in each room would help. Then wouldn’t have visit kitchen for cuppa. Minor thing but…….

Cozy and had lovely vibrant decor. The host was very welcoming and helped us with our luggage up the stairs. The place was very clean and the breakfast provided had a good variety. It was only a short walk away from the beach and shops too.

Nothing. Do note there’s no onsite parking but street parking is available.

Guido was an exceptional host! Very dedicated to making everyone’s stay comfortable & enjoyable. The location is superb & breakfast was great. Recommend!

Colourful place. Excellent location with the ocean on your doorstep. No AC, however, 2 fans do a great job for a good slumber. Parking spots available close by.
