Loved our stay , host excellent, a real home away from home , great location to town , would definitely stay again

Great location, very sweet little B&B on Marine Parade, with the beach and parks on the other side of the road. Our host, Guido was kind and helpful and gave good advice about parking nearby (there are many parking restrictions in Napier). The room was cute and cozy and clean. We were in the room closest to the closed in sun room/veranda where breakfast would be served. Breakfast is self-serve and there are only enough tables in the sun room for two of the three rooms to be in there at once. We spent part of the breakfast eating in our room until someone left. We had a pleasant visit with the other guests, which is the nice touch of a B&B. One recommendation we would have is that the linens be transitioned to 100% cotton, which they are not at this time.

Nice guest house in a good location. Friendly host. We just needed a one night stop over, and it was perfect.

We loved everything about this place!!! Unique accommodation, decorated to a high standard and exceptionally clean! Guido our host was lovely and provided a delicious continental breakfast spread. We would stay here again in a heartbeat :-)

Superb accommodation!

Was expecting a cooked breakfast, so was a little disappointed with what was on offer.

We had the lovely Indian themed room, which had a separate bathroom. The room was very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. There's a curtain to pull in front of both the room and bathroom doors to give more privacy, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was self service from the kitchen, which you can eat in the sun room overlooking Marine Parade. Cereals, toast and the owner's honey. Location is great for all Napier's attractions, and there was plentiful free parking. We had a great stay.
