Runcu Arequipa

Me gustó la tranquilidad que hay en la zona, se puede descansar bien. Las camas son cómodas y dormimos abrigados. El personal sobre todo la señorita que estuvo perenne muy amables.También que está cerca al centro (5min en taxi).

El desayuno tiene horario de 7:30 a 9, pero ambos días subimos a las 8 y 8:30 y ya no había todo lo del buffet. Se acababa el jugo, el café y los complementos para el pan y no lo reponían. Había que estar llamándolos para pedir. Otra cosa fue el tema del agua caliente, la primera noche tuvimos que bañarnos en otras habitaciones y el segundo día me bañé con agua helada. Entiendo que fue un tema de las tuberías pero igual hizo que la estancia no sea del todo placentera.

Loved the vibe, the breakfast was in the sunny winter garden with volcano view, and the breakfast was very lovely too. Could easily walk everywhere from there and the room had a kettle and fridge too, which came in handy.

Bathroom bit old, i think the pipes or the shower had need replacement, but was fine. The only really annoying thing was they don’t give you the key to the gate, so sometimes i waited a bit till someone opened it, but never long.

The building is alright and the room was spacious and fine. All in all, the location and the cost of the room was fine and we accepted the short comings without problem.

However, unfortunately there was water on the bathroom floor and no safe in the room.

The room was comfortable and the staff were fantastic. It's on a busy street and a bit noisy with traffic until late. The bed was comfortable but the room was very cold and the shower had very low water pressure and the water never got hot just warm.

The staff were great, helped us with laundry and even packed us up an early breakfast before we checked out. The room was a good size and the shower was very good.

The bedroom floor was a little dirty and the location is a bit out of the way but nothing major (an easy 10min walk straight into the centre).
