Nice room and building in general. Checked me in early as my bus arrived very early.

Sheets were clean but stained. Not a safe area of the city to stay. My friend who used to live here said not to walk at night. Changed hotels after 1 night.

Beautiful hotel. The bed is super comfortable: I know I arrived and slept for 18 hours straight! The hotel is very bright with a very good vibe about it. The breakfast on the roof terrace with a volcano view is definitely something 👍 the staff was very helpful

The sheets of the bed were not changed since the last guest (blood stains and long and short black hairs all over the sheets and we're blond). When we complained they changed them, but there was also hairs all over the bathroom. We also didn't get the room we thought we booked (it said we'd have a balcony, which was not the case).
