L'emplacement super car l'hôtel surplombe le lac. La vue est magnifique. Les employés sont très gentils et accueillants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Lors de notre arrivée nous avons eu des problèmes de fuite et de plomberie dans la salle de bain. Le personnel nous a fait immédiatement changer de chambre avec un surclassement.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, bei jedem Schritt in der Lobby vibriert das ganze Zimmer. Das Hotel ist nicht wie angegeben, 450 m weg vom Zentrum, sondern gut 5 km zu Fuß ist da nix zu machen. Nachts zwischen 22 und 1:00 Uhr gibt es auf angrenzt Motorradrennen geschlossener Fenster hat man den Eindruck sie fahren durch die Lobby.

There are no shops around. On the second day there was quite a strong sewage odour coming from the bathroom. We had a mix of feelings regarding staff, there are quite a lot of people working there, some didn’t speak good English and we got some problems with answers to our questions. There is not much to do around, the reason to come here is a boat trip on the lake I guess, we paid 300 pesos for a tuktuk even though the hotel wanted to organize it for 1000.

The breakfast was excellent. It was served on a patio with a spectacular view overlooking the lake and volcano. What a lovely way to start the day. In addition to the natural beauty of the location, the property’s vegetation was well cared for and beautiful as well. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating.

This is a bed and breakfast not a high rise hotel which are common in the area. It’s a welcome change from the formality of a hotel. It’s more like visiting a local home situated on a well landscaped property but with the amenities that come with being cared for by staff.

I prepaid on booking.command yet the hotel charged me total rip off
