Beautiful backyard with beautiful view, friendly and helpful staff, very clean.

My room was next to the road and at night was so, so noisy with lots of motorcycles and cars passing loudly till morning, I couldn’t get any sleep from noises till 4am, so I asked one of staff and he nicely sent me to a quieter room. Also the place is far from most things and not so suitable to go for walks because the road is a bit dangerous and not so safe walk side for pedestrian,

"We paid the full amount upon arrival; my Daughter personally handled the payment. However, during checkout, the staff insisted we hadn't paid yet. It was a very insulting experience that made us look like we couldn't afford our stay. To make matters worse, they had no record of our payment and didn't even offer an apology for the mistake."

The property is really beautiful. The pool with the view is nice. The staff are also nice and accommodating. They solve our problem by moving us in a better location.

The standard room we have is literally next to the front desk so you can hear the noise from the road and everyone who is checking in.

Not really a dislike but would love to more food options inside the premise and card payment option.

Excellent location very accessible, overlooking the taal lake view, very good breakfast(sana my choice na ng tawilis next time at kahit black coffee lang ok na po wag na ung 3in1 for me lang po)😊, very accommodating staffs from the security to housekeeping. Mababait po mga staffs. Overall safe, maganda at comfortable po magstay dito.

Some areas of the facilities are outdated or old needs improvement to attract future guests or customers. The front signage and lighting needs to be improved can be more bright and bold para mas madali makita. The front entrance door needs to be fixed, we can hear the noise from our room when opening/closing.
