Staff is kind and place is clean.

Restaurant is permanent closed so need to order your food outside. I hope the restaurant is soon to open. If I remember correctly, they have a good tapsilog and big serving.

Staff are accommodating, and the place is near to the market and tourist spots.

The heater is not working, wifi is slow, and the pool isn't well maintained.

Staffs are very accommodating and excellent service. Not overcrowded and accessible to main road..over viewing of taal lake..strong air-conditioning..they have pool if want swimming.

Clogged water drainage at shower room..low water pressure coming out at shower..water heater safety feature for shower is always tripping so you have to reset again and again. Trash bin only located at CR. Mirror only available at CR. No telephone inside the room for intercom, must go to lobby if you needed something.

The Villa's gardens are very well-maintained & include a fountain, fish pond & pool. No wonder it's a popular venue for wedding photos. Lovely views of the lake & volcano. Friendly staff. V gd breakfast & v comfortable bed.

My Deluxe room was situated on the lower ground floor; the window was on to an internal reception room with sliding glass doors on to a terrace. Hence the room was dark & smelt a little musty; noise reverberated from the room next to mine which was used by the staff for linen storage etc It was relatively cheap compared to the other rooms so they are probably lighter & airier.

the ambiance , peaceful atmosphere , really good ammenities . The staff work ethics are superb , they were all very responsive, friendly and helpful . It wasnt peak season so we had the place entirely almost only fir ourselves which is quitw lovely .

just that we we needed wifi fir work , it was a bit unstable done if the days
