Amazing place. We were upgraded for no charge to a very large family room with kitchen area and a balcony overlooking the volcano on Taal lake. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful in arranging our ongoing travel. Just spent 3 days relaxing in the manicured grounds by the pool.

"Disappointing"

The view and the staff was nice to us.

We had to come back to the facility late as we were out the whole day for a wedding. Upon our comeback (2am), water was leaking from the roof as it was pouring rain. We were moved to another room which had no direct contact to direct sunlight, the WI Fi did not work (no connection with mobile data), the bathroom door did not close. Also, my girlfriend got an allergic reaction to her eyes due to dusty & stuffy bed.

"Disappointing!"

Nice view, nice outdoor installation with pool, nice to have breakfast on the patio! The personnel is very nice!

The personnel could not help us very much with our plans….it would have been great to offer to call a taxi for us…or suggest us something to do in the area….she told us to go to Starbucks!!! She was nice and polite but not helpful. We stayed in a “deluxe” room called Bergamo which was in no way deluxe..no window, except in the bathroom…no sheet over the duvet which I thought was unhygienic…had to ask for one…the water accumulated in the shower showing long dark hairs on the floor of the shower…vey unpleasant….it would have been nice to offer toasts at breakfast instead of rice.

The accommodation was excellent. Friendly people, nice countryside view, swimming pool, nice garden. You can have your breakfast on the room or on terrace. Parking just in front of entrance.

As the accommodation is at busy road, you can hear the noise from the road on your room.

The place was well kept and the staff was very friendly and efficient.

It’s not very senior citizen friendly since there are a lot of stairs.
