The hosts were very warm and friendly and helpful. They have shuttles to and from the airport, which is super convenient. The breakfast included was also really nice. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The hosts were not there when I arrived and they gave me 0 instruction for how to get in. The B&B is a couple of rooms in a giant apartment complex, I had no idea where to go. I'm an American and my phone didn't work in Italy so I couldn't call them. If there had been any indication that I needed to call them when I got there I would have made sure I had a working phone or I would have chosen another hotel. As it was, I had to sit outside for 1.5 hours flagging people down and asking for help until I finally got someone who could call the hosts for me. Even after someone called the hosts it took around 20 minutes for the hosts to arrive. Again, if there had been any indication that I needed a phone to get in that would've been fine

Good connection by train to go the airport.

Bed and shower were clean but the place generally was quite dirty. Full of mosquitoes.
