Close to the public transport, shopping center 15min walking, quiet area and private balcony plus small fridge in the room made it possible to have romantic breakfast at the balcony

Superb. Absolutely lovely place to stay. The B&B is near the airport and accessible to train station. The place was super clean! The owner provided clean linen & towels. The bathroom was shared but as I mentioned, super clean. Toiletries provided by the owner. As was the first time travelling to Rome, I wasn’t sure how to get to this place, but Emma provided all the information needed. She literally took pictures and added into a document that explains how to get there with pointing arrows etc. She also provides a private shuttle service that can pick you up from the airport and drive you directly to this place, which helped me a lot as my flight was at 2AM. Buses and trains are not available at that time, is either sleeping in the airport until the next available train/bus or take a private shuttle. Overall experience, amazing. Location was good. The staff was great and very friendly.

You'd get a single room in a house, which was a bit weird. Also the flooring (some wooden slats) of the room that we were in didnt have panels. My toe went in the floor and I got hurt bad. At least repair it or cover it with carpets.

The website says transfer to the airport is 25 € per night, but they charged us 35 €.. Secondly, the taxi was 25 minutes late 😠 You may not be able to reach them right away. I had to be nervous in the morning. The floor in the room was broken, part of the parquet was missing

Please read all the reviews. We had so many negative things occur it’s too many to list. I have never left a bad review on booking even if things are not perfect. Do not book. It is a scam and booking.com should be ashamed to allow this listing to continue. Please trust me. DO NOT BOOK. The owner did not show up for hours. The address is incorrect, he never showed up, and then he refused to return our money and we had to book somewhere else.
