Stunning views of Positano! Massive bedroom and bathroom were a huge bonus, the huge private terrace was amazing! Very quiet location as well but close enough to restaurants and the beach! Our hosts Federica and the mother were so welcoming and they went above and beyond to make our stay special!

Fantastic spot near the top of Positano! We were very excited to book this place for our honeymoon! With its breathtaking views, and authentic Italian feel, we were not let down! When we arrive, our host had set up a car service to meet us at the train station and bring us all the way into town, stopping at Pompeii. Once we got there, she also already arranged to have porters take our luggage to the room for us, which was a massive help, going up the stairs. Be weary that there are a multitude of stairs, but they are well worth it. We were greeted graciously and shown around the property by our host and her mother who made us an amazing pasta dish. Our room was a great size, very clean and stocked with wine and a mini Fridge full of snacks. They will cook you breakfast, Lunch and dinner daily if requested without disappointment. Overall, we had an exceptional time and would love to stay at this place again!

Nothing to do with the host and their property, but there are a lot of stairs, so Just keep that in mind.

The view is absolutely worth every cent for the stay- sunset, sunrise and lights on the balcony in the evening. On top of that my favourite bruschetta was at the villa (Ive trie one at every venue in Italy now) if you have a chance then definitely try at least one meal in their venue. The host was so so helpful with many different questions, recommendations and organising us a pick up and drop off. Initially thought there are too many stairs to the property but after seeing other hotels and villas .. I think we had it good Felt safe and organised in the venue.

I wouldnt say that we didnt like something but some people might prefer a private balcony instead of sharing it with the other couple however that is us just being picky and it didnt affect us at all and we had a lovely chat with our neighbors instead.

Stunning property with breathtaking views. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating! They prepared breakfast for us, arranged private transfers, made dinner reservations, and truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

Federica was a great host from start to finish. Always helped with advice, places to visit and best restaurants to eat in. Communication was immediate and constant, which was super helpful. The place is exactly like the photos, the view from the terrace was second to none. Thank you for a great stay, Positano was so lovely ☺️

There are 3 bedrooms in the house, 2 of them are Federica’s and her mum’s and sometime we could hear each other’s tv and talking, but it wasn’t something that impacted our stay at all. We also had our own private bathroom, which was super clean.

Great view once you walk up the many many steps. Rosetta greeted us with Pasta when we arrived. There is a luggage service you can pay for to carry your luggage up to the property.

The many steps up to the property are not lit up at night. Beds were not comfy leading to lack of sleep. We were very disappointed to find we could not use the garden terrace which was a huge selling point for us. It had not been maintained the entirety of the season and looked nothing like the photos on the advertisement. Regardless of being warned of the ants upon arrival by staff, they were a huge nuisance. They infested our clean towels daily and found that they made their way into our luggage when we arrived at the next destination. Although the AC is provided, be warned you may be reprimanded for using it. It was 90+ degrees when we were there and my husband likes to sleep cold but the staff made it known to us they did not like the temperature we had the room at. Our last day we also spoken to very rudely when we went to have breakfast on the terrace for using a blanket in one of the unlocked cabinets. Luckily we were leaving that morning but it was an extremely unpleasant exit.
