Unfortunately I was robbed in the apartment – very unsafe! I had a terrible experience during my stay. I was robbed inside the apartment – someone entered and stole money from my bag while I was away. There was no sign of forced entry, which makes me suspect that someone with access to the keys might have been involved. I reported the incident to the property. In apartment was camera I requested for records. I received information from property that camera doesn’t work. This information was reaped many times. So for what reason is this camera? Weird situation. I no longer felt safe staying there. The lack of proper security measures is unacceptable. I strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious or to choose another place. This experience completely ruined my trip.

The owner was nice and professional. The room was clean , beautiful and also well organized. It was my pleasant stay in Sorento.

It is very well located, in a quiet area but close to everything, making it ideal for exploring nearby towns by car, ferry, or train. The facilities are simple but clean, with all the basic essentials, and a mini fridge in the room, which is very useful. Teresa, the host, was kind, gave us valuable recommendations to enjoy Sorrento, and always responded quickly via WhatsApp. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay, knowing that communication with her was easy and friendly.

It’s important to note that, although the property is presented as a “bed and breakfast,” breakfast and drinks are not included, which could affect travel budget and planning. Also, although there is the option to pay extra for additional toilet paper, I believe it could be included for longer stays, along with small amenities like bottled water, shampoo, and shower gel.

We were a bit surprised a bit the 100e deposit which I did not remember seeing in the description.I explain it based on the old piece of furniture from the room.This was however returned with promptly by checkout.
