Teresa was super helpful and kind to us to give us information about sorrento and suggesting places to visit. The room was very good, except that we didn't get a key to the closets, and we only had one. It was a quiet street. The location was good because we were right next to the main street, we could take the bus, train and we had a restaurant and a cafe to go to.

The room was adequately clean, but the balcony definitely needs a service. The chairs and table of it, had rust on them, and so did the railing. Also the pillowcases where either dirty or had stains on them.

Location, cleanliness, staff, view the place was perfect

Would have liked a breakfast aswel but for the location is my only complaint

You only get one toilet paper roll, if you want more you gotta pay 1e, and there was pnly half of it, the owner is annoying calling ar talking non stop, asking for deposit first 250 then 100 then 50, there is nothing to break the room is 100 year old the bed sheets are dirty, and when you leave she goes in the rooom without asking or letting you know and turn the ac off when that old ac takes 20 minutes to start up again

The host was friendly and the room was ok.

The accommodation was expensive, as was car parking, considering that you check in free after 4 pm and have to check out at 9 am. This dramatically reduces your stay in Sorrento, so it is not good value for money.

the room was pleasant with a distant view of the sea. There was a fridge and airconditioner which was good as it was really hot

I was told not to put toilet paper down the toilet in the ensuite bathroom and she would collect the bin each day. She did not collect the bin and I do not think this is very hygienic. There did not seem to be a plan to fix the toilet.

great hotel, excellent find. Host was friendly and approachable. location was good as well.

the window curtains did not do much to block out light or ensure privacy. check-out was too early for my liking (9 a.m.) and no late checkout option was offered.
