La finestra con vista.

Il check-out alle 9:00 quando in media nelle altre strutture è tra le 10:00 e le 11:00. Le amenities limitate: 0,2 cl di bagnoschiuma in due per due giorni e un solo rotolo di carta mi è sembrato un po’ poco.

The apartment was clean.

Avoid this place unless you want to be charged for every basic necessity. Not only are the hours incredibly restrictive (4 PM check-in and a sharp 9 AM check-out with zero flexibility), but the host also leaves a handwritten note in the room listing 'extra' charges that were never mentioned in the ad. Among the ridiculous fees: 1€ for an extra roll of toilet paper. 1€ for a fresh towel. 30€ 'dirty room' fee taken from your deposit at their discretion. 20€ for parking (also not clearly stated in the advert). To top it off, the host was rude and unprofessional when we asked for a standard check-out time. You are essentially paying a premium price for a room where even toilet paper isn't fully included. Totally unacceptable and lacked any sense of hospitality
