Very disappointed

The host was awful. The fact that we got $400 stolen from us while staying in this booking is enough for this lady to not be able to host any guests again. This is a scam. As soon as we brought up that we were missing money she instantly told us to leave and opened the door to the elevator without any help to our situation at all. 5 minutes later we got an email from booking saying we never checked in and cancelled our reservation saying we never stayed there. We have alerted booking and they should take this place down from their site. Unless you want someone entering your room (when the cleaning service was never purchased so no one else should have access) and taking your personal items, I would highly recommend NEVER to stay here. This is not the first complaint that has been brought against this booking as confirmed by customer service.

parking privé , pas loin des restaurants

la vue de notre chambre est sur la cour et non sur le jardin comme précisé dans l'annonce. mais ce n'est pas grave car nous n'étions là que pour dormir. La chambre et les sanitaires étaient propre mais dans l'ensemble le prix reste trop cher .

La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de todo y puedes ir caminando sin problema, tienes restaurantes y cafeterías muy cerca del alojamiento, todo estaba muy limpio y tenía unas vistas muy bonitas, la anfitriona fue muy amable en todo momento, recomendado si buscas algo económico y donde puedas descansar muy bien.

Como sugerencia invertir en unas almohadas mejores y poner una TV con acceso a plataformas como Netflix

The kettle is a joke. The sheets were not clean. The check out was till 10:00

La stanza era pulita, sistemata, con terrazzo panoramico. La signora era gentile, accogliente e cercava di aiutarci/informarci bene. Siamo divertiti parecchio a Sorrento per un prezzo imbattibile. Tutto è andato bene.

Veramente niente. Per me, tutto è andato a piano. Si deve capire che questa struttura non è un posto di lusso, o di 5 stelle, e un b&b nel senso classico, dove si alloggia per fare un attività in zona. Qualche volta si dimentica che b&b vuol dire bed and breakfast (i.e. letto e colazione). Ho avuto una stanza di 20m2 con bagno privato e terrazzo vista mare, direi molto più di un letto. Non ho avuto la colazione. Però, ci sono tanti bar in zona. Quindi, va più che bene secondo me.
