Fair Acres is a quiet oasis in a great location, specifically the Karen neighborhood, which felt very safe. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, offering a serene environment that is perfect for relaxing. I was also very impressed with the value and the size of the rooms, which were quite spacious and comfortable for our family. The staff was genuinely nice and helpful throughout our stay. We also found the on-site restaurant to be decent with good quality offerings.

There were a few areas where the experience could have been better. Most notably, Booking.com indicated there was a pool, but there is no pool at this property, not a big deal for us. Additionally, while breakfast was practical and simple, it could be a bit more substantial to better start the day. Finally, while the staff was very kind, the service felt a bit "laissez-faire" at times; it would be even better if they were more proactive and energetic in their approach.
