"Hotel overcharged my bill and never reimbursed me albeit multiple calls and emails"

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and they charged me 4 nights. I only noticed the mistake after I left. I email the hotel and they didn't respond. I called and they agreed to reimburse but they never did. I called multiple times to follow up with no luck.
