The villa is located in a quiet location, the ocean is 10 minutes away. take a calm step, the main road is also nearby, 5 minutes walk. The rooms in the villa are comfortable, new, there is always hot water in the shower, and excellent Wi-Fi. The owner of the villa is very caring and always asks tourists what they want. The kitchen is shared by 3 rooms on the 1st floor. The holiday was wonderful!

The villa on the 2nd floor has a very nice hall with an open panorama of nature. But there was no chance to rest! The furniture is old and greasy. We need to make covers for guests and change them. Cleaning rooms and kitchens must be done conscientiously.

Highly disappointed.

Owner called and asked us to cancel just few hours before our check in time. He mentioned the guests who was currently staying wanted to extend their stay and asked to arrange some friend’s place instead of where we booked. How does he sell the place to someone else that we already booked and confirmed a week ago!? Very rude and cheap behaviour of the owner to do this last minute.

කාපට් පාරේ ඉදන් එන්න තියන පාර හා මිදුල සවුත්තුයි මඩවෙලා තිබ්බේ.

Great location, surrounded by nature and close to the beach (10 min by walking). Extremely friendly owner!

Beautiful calm place to stay! We chose this villa to spend our holiday as well as to get relieved from our busy life actually We are happy to say, we had a great time being here. The room was very clean, comfortable. It was fully air conditioned & the hot shower also superb. Most importantly the owner of the villa was very friendly & supportive. I would like to recommend this place any of you to come. Definitely We will come again! Thank you 😍
