The host was extremely kind and welcoming. Breakfast was superb and served in the balcony of our room. The view from the room is spectacular.

We enjoyed the panoramic view from the balcony (especially for breakfast), as well as the very welcoming family running the rooms. They helped us at every stage of our stay (notably taxi and tuktuk reservation, booking of activities). The room was great, with a confortable bed and a large bathroom. We highly recommend staying at Duet Hearts !

Service from the owner and the family was very supportive. Always willing to help and give guidelines regarding the places which can visit during the stay.Freshly made Breakfast were tasty.

Wow, I have to say after travelling to many different countries over the last 25 years, I have never met more hospitable people than Rupa and Nande Rupa is kind, funny and will do anything to help you, You can ask him anything, we had many conversations about culture and life in general, both Sri lankan culture and my culture in Northern Ireland, We had breakfast and dinner at their home instead of having it at our balcony, They treated us as family, The best stay we have had in Sri Lanka, Thank you for your kindness Rupa and Nande 🙏 Memories for life, obagē karuṇāvaṭa bohōma stūtiyi,

Very clean with everything you need and also a great balcony. A very hospitable family manages the property. It was only about a ten minute walk to Ella center.

It's managed by a family who are very helpful. The location is very good, 5 minutes walking to the main street in Ella with restaurants and shops, but in a quiet area. The place is beautiful, clean and new, just as you can see in the photos with a confortable bed and a wonderful shower. The breakfast is served in your own terrace with views to the nature.

The rooms have been very clean, the beds comfortable, the view amazing but the best about the accommodation were the lovely hosts. They were very caring and helped with everything. I would absolutely come back!

Everything is perfect - location (very quiet and green neighborhood but only 5-8 minutes walking from the busy centre), sunset view, helpful owners, room's cleanliness, size and equipment (hairdryer, electric kettle etc). Just impossible to get more for such money. Best VfM ever.
