Aloft View

The view and the lovely hosts who were always around to support was a gift. We couldn’t do so much in Ella because we got sick but the hosts completely cared about us and did everything that we get better asap. Thank you for all the delicious cooking and always be there if we needed something. Really appreciate! Because of our sickness, we really enjoyed to be completely private - with an outstanding view :) It was the best place to recover. It is close to the city and other sightseeing points in Ella. We would stay definitively again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment provides a great view over the valley and you will always start your day with a nice and fresh breakfast from the host. It was even possible to provide wishes for the food. Thanks a lot 😊

We stayed in Aloft view for 3 nights and it was amazing, Isuranga was extremely helpful. He helped us with your train tickets, he organised a Tuk Tuk taxi into the centre every evening and organised laundry service for us. The views from the room are spectacular, especially at sunrise. We got a lovely breakfast each morning with fruit and juice and it was different each day so we got to try loads of new dishes. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Ella.

Fantastic views and great breakfast. Really lovely and helpful hosts. Happy to organise transport and activities. About a 20-25 minute walk into the centre of Ella or a quick tuktuk costing around £1.30. Much nicer than staying in the centre of busy Ella! The water temperature for the shower was unpredictable - either boiling hot or freezing cold! There was also some building work going on so a little less privacy but this will be great once it’s finished! Would definitely recommend and stay again :)

The hotel was clean and comfortable, making our stay very pleasant. The view was absolutely breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. The laundry service was excellent and well-prepared, which was very convenient. Additionally, communication with the owner was immediate and hassle-free. The only downsides were that we didn’t have hot water for one night, but the owner immediately tried to fix the issue. The breakfast was just okay. Also, they are building additional floors upstairs, so construction noise could be heard in the morning.

There was construction work going on above us whilst we were there and the glass windows mean the room isn’t very private. There is only one guest room at the property. You are dependent upon a Tuktuk getting to and from the property and the pickup app in Ella is useless and there is so much demand the Tuktuk drivers don’t even bother negotiating for rides so travel around works out more expensive than other areas we stayed in.

Room with amazing view! We had a great time. Owners are the nicest people, every morning we enjoyed delicious breakfast from our balcony with a view on a judge and mountains. Highlight of our trip.

A really clean and comfortable room with a stunning view! Isuranga and his wife are also amazing hosts and were really kind and helpful at all times. Also the breakfast was really great and was served to the balcony of our room. The town is only 20min away by feet or max. 10min by a Tuc Tuc
