The location

The price is too high compared to other competitors with better service. The cleanliness because we smelled a bad smell in the toilet. The breakfast was not generous lot of things missed.

La chambre trop exiguë sans chaise ni place pour les valises ni rangements Pas de pare douche , on inonde tout quand on se douche Pas de tapis de sortie bain Pas de tablette de rangement pour les affaires de toilettes Rideau de fenêtre trop court, le soleil rentre trop tôt, envisager des volets en bois

L'endroit, la piscine, les chambres.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique mais pas formé à la gestion hôtelière. Seul le concierge parle français (et anglais) mais il est souvent occupé à d'autres tâches. Du coup il n'est pas disponible et le personnel souriant ne comprend pas nos questions. C'est bien dommage car il apparaît de bonne volonté.

The room was clean and tidy with a nice view over the mountains and the pool, the breakfast was fabulous too.

I booked a room for two people with a double bed, instead they combined two singles beds and did provide only indivudual sheets. It wasn't comfortable at all 👎🏻

Good location close to the middle of town. Lovely pool and terrace, great buffet breakfast and friendly staff.

We booked a room with a mountain view and telly, but it had neither. Our room was very dark with only a window looking into an interior stairwell. Quite dingy and chilly and with no telly or even a picture on the wall! Quite disappointed. We did complain and ask to be moved. The nice guy on reception said he would consult the booking team, but never got back to us.
