Maison Famille Tazi

Spotlessly clean, super comfortable, loads of space, perfect shower and even hot tap water in the bathroom, gorgeous terrace, excellent for remote working. Mr Tazi was really welcoming and super friendly! We stayed a few more nights as had a great time. Our most favorite accommodation during 1 month in Morocco and what a great price!

Although the property is quite old and many things are just hanging in there, the most important things were ok, like the shower: good hot water.

The cleaning in the toilet was bad.

We really appreciate the Riad: it is clean, queit, woth good forniture and beds and the room was big, we even had the opportunity to use one more bed and the breakfast was fresh and good. From the terrasse you could hav an amazing View of Fes' Medina while you rest. We also really appreciate the kindness of the owner who was very helpful and so kind to give us breakfast at 5 am (he insisted to prepare it for us) the last day before going to the airport.

The Riad is in the centre of the Medina. This is very helpful but on the other side you have to keep in mind it's better to stay on the main road when you came back late at night and consider minimum 10 minutes walking to reach some places where car are allowed to pass. This could be not so comfortable if you want to join excursions. But our experience was great and we would say that it's definitely worthwile.

The family was very welcoming, Mr. Tazi even washed our clothes free of charge and their daughter played with our baby boy during breakfast. Breakfast was excellent with nice portions and a great view over the city. We also loved the atmosphere of the old house with its very Moroccan decorations. Great value for money, good location, recommended.

The Wi-Fi was very weak, often completely powerless in our room. No shampoo or showel gel provided in the bathroom, but for the great price that's fair.

The breakfast was great. The bathing was in a separated space in the toilet. The hot water came out fast. When we were bothered by scammers near the riad, the host sent people to pick up us and our luggage.

Leading visitors to a hammam was extremely overcharged. The entrance fee was below 20 dir but the host charged 200 dir per person. The shower head in the room we lived was broken.

Very good location and nice owner. Truly beautiful view from the terasse during breakfast that doesn't get old, looking over all of the Medina. WiFi above average, but still lacking sometimes.

Everything. Our host was C'est Magnifque. Breakfast was vice nice and 2 very spacious rooms.
