Riad Dar Chacha

The Riad was beautiful and the staff looked after us so well. The breakfasts were delicious and we loved the fresh juice made each day. We had an amazing time exploring Marrakech from here.

It was an unforgettable experience, I loved every bit of it. From the moment we arrived at the riad , we received a welcome tea and even a complementary breakfast as we came early. When we entered the riad it was like entering in a hidden oasis- the smell is amazing, and the water in the flowing water in the middle creates an idyllic atmosphere. Everything is thought to the last detail. The rooms are very nice - we had flowers, welcome sweets, water - everything was clean and super cozy. The terrace is very nice too - we enjoyed to have breakfast there and to chill after a busy day in the medina. It is a very cozy vibe. The personnel is really amazing. You had always someone downstairs to help us, to assist us with anything starting from tea to even washing and cutting the strawberries I got at the market. Pierre - the manager of the riad - is an experience in itself - he welcomed us and even gave us a mini virtual tour of the medina - where to go , what to see. I had a full introduction to Marrakesh and to the riad - and he was very very professional and you can see he did the extra mile to make sure we are comfortable. He helped us to rent a car, and to reserve a hamam - which I definitely recommend. The hammam is opposite the riad and it is a must do experience. You will feel pampered. The breakfast at the riad was great - I was looking forward to it every morning . And every day we got a juice in the afternoon. Honestly I could have just stayed at the riad these two days to enjoy it. I really recommend this riad.

Ein tolles Quartier, in dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben! Das Team ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, zwischendurch wurde uns immer wieder frischer Saft angeboten. Das Frühstück auf der wunderschönen Dachterrasse war sehr gut und ausreichend für einen guten Start in den Tag. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Man merkt natürlich, dass es alte Bausubstanz ist wie überall in der Medina, sprich es ist etwas hellhöriger, aber das weiß man im Vorhinein und ist deswegen nicht negativ zu werten. Pierre hatte uns ein Taxi vom/zum Flughafen organisiert, was auch einwandfrei geklappt hat. Jemand von Pierres Team hat uns vom Taxi abgeholt und zum Riad geführt, sodass wir uns nicht lange auf die Suche machen mussten. Die direkte Nachbarschaft ist zwar nicht besonders schön, die Lage ist aber dennoch gut, weil man in wenigen Minuten auf den Hauptwegen der Medina ist und die nahegelegene Zufahrt eine angenehme An- und Abreise ermöglicht (auch für Touren wurden wir quasi direkt vorm Riad abgeholt). Alles in allem ein tolles Riad!!

Adresse au top, le personnel d'une gentillesse incroyable, on était au petit soin. Belle situation dans la médina, mais à l'abris du bruit, et à taille humaine, 5 chambres. Un petit déjeuné maison sur la terrasse , excellent!! L'échange avec l'hote ( Pierre) est très fluide via whatsapp. Je recommande les yeux fermés! Pierre, le patron nous a organisé le transfert de l'aéroport jusqu'à cette adresse en van privé. Parfait. Mention spécial pour le couple salarié qui tient ce petit ryad / Dar , dans un état impecable et qui se sont occupés de nous! Nous avon même pu accéder à notre chambre le matin vers 9h30 à notre arrivée avec un petit déjeuner offert en terrasse! Merci Ilam et Mohamed disponibles à tout moment de la journée, même très tôt ( petit déjeuner un matin à 5h30 avant de parti en excursion) avec le sourire en plus!!

Riad Dar Chacha was a magical place. The interior is very elegant, the staff was super friendly. General Manager Pierre gave us a lot of infos about the city and sights we could visit. The Riad was perfectly located in the centre of the Medina. Don‘t miss out on the delicious breakfast. All in all a wonderful experience.

We had the most amazing stay at Riad Dar Chacha. We were very warmly welcomed by the team and then had a really great call from owner, Pierre, who guided us through his WhatsApp map of detailed things to do on our stay, which was so helpful. The Riad is beautiful and the bedroom exceptional, we slept so well in the most comfortable bed! The, rooftop terrace is a delight and a welcome break from the madness of the souks. The breakfasts we're, also delicious and plentiful and set us up for the day. We would highly recommend staying at this Riad.
