The design is fantastic, a truly beautiful place. The breakfast food is good (although drink options are limited). Good value given the location and quality of the place. The staff is nice too.

You can hear traffic noise from the big road nearby. During my stay (Nov 2022) there was a large constrution site opposite that was very loud all day, making it actually unpleasant to be in the property. Wifi in my room was fickle as the signal was very weak.

the architecture was very interesting.

This was probably the worst night of sleep (or rather no sleep) of my life. the music at the local bars was so loud as was the traffic. It went to about 2am and then started back up around 5. The bed was uncomfortable. We never saw the hosts and the breakfast was apparently too late and we didn’t get to have it. Over priced for basically camping, no hospitality. We are so disappointed.

A very unique stay in the heart of puerto Morelos. The grounds are well manicured and the architectural style of the buildings is incredible. Armando and staff are incredibly hospitable and the breakfasts are delicious! Never the same thing served during our stays and Armando is always sure to check if you have any dietary restrictions before preparing your meal.

Nothing. It is secure and safe and no two rooms are the same. Every suite has its own unique charm.
