Nice looking historical building, tasty breakfast, nice staff

Lovely staff. Parking onsite. Pleasant views from rooms at front. Superb food - try to have lunch/supper there as well as the great breakfast. (NB despite its being a B & B, breakfast isn’t included in the price when booking with Booking.com.)

Very noisy freestanding air con unit, loud disco till midnight on Saturday & only single glazing as a buffer. Our room at the front sloped a little & was so poorly lit I had to ask for a reading lamp.

Total rip off, it is very expensive for the quaility, better rooms close by,rooms are mediocre at best, booked a room, 25 Celsius outside, room was very hot, staff did not start the AC before arrival, arrived at 19.30, Staff starter AC, back at 22.00 after dinner, stil very hot, AC did not function, more like a fan, we decided to go somewhere else, got nothing back, no answers to e mails of sms, Total rip off

Nice big room with a view across the road to the river. Handy to have a bar and restaurant on-site.

Bathroom was shared with other rooms but lucky for us we were the only ones staying.

The atmosphere inside and outside is really nice. I liked the style (picture and color) in the room, the four windows going towards the river and landscape. The "help yourself to drinks" downstairs, the breakfast, also the facility to sit and have your drink outside or in the comfortable terrace under a roof. We had two single beds which you could leave together or pull apart (I found mine a little small, but for my friend it was just right). The half hour walk along the Vecht to aperitif and dinner is beautiful.

A historical building, big rooms, nice people

You can hear the neighbours talking. But most of the time when I stayed there, people were very quite.

The weather was very hot, and the rooms have no air conditioning

Breakfast was delicious.

For me "bed and breakfast" means breakfast is included in the price by default. But this was not the case for the room I booked.
