Location right next to Catherina Convent district. Easy walking to all historic areas. Close to shopping and eating areas. Owners were welcoming and great communicators.

The apartment is in a lovely old town house in a beautiful street. Well equipped, spacious and clean . There is a bus outside the door which goes to the station from where it’s easy to visit all the towns of The Netherlands . Utrecht is a wonderful city with everything you need, museums, canals , beautiful buildings, gardens and is full of life. There is a lovely bakery round the corner, 2 restaurants within 100 yds and supermarkets ten minutes away. The host Art is very friendly and helpful.

Apartment was spacious and very well presented. The location was quiet, but close to attractions in the beautiful old part of the city.

It would have been great if there had been a washing machine.

I stayed in this charming flat while visiting my daughter, who lives in Utrecht and is studying there. During my visit, she stayed with me so she could focus on studying before her midterm exams—and, of course, get a little spoiled by me! The flat was perfect for us: excellently located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the city center, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. It was also an easy walk from the train station, which made getting around very convenient. The flat itself was impeccably clean, efficient, and well-heated, making it a cozy retreat. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee, tea, and soft drinks provided by the owner. Additionally, there was good/easy communication with the owner. My daughter will be graduating with honors in May, and my husband and I will definitely try to book this flat again for our next visit—it’s a fantastic and convenient place to stay!

While my stay in this flat was overall very nice, there were a few minor drawbacks. Being on the ground floor meant keeping the blinds down for privacy, which made the space feel a bit enclosed at times. Thankfully, the weather was sunny, so we were able to keep them open as much as possible. The jacuzzi tub was out of service—not a big issue for me, but my daughter would have enjoyed using it. Additionally, there was limited storage for clothes, though we managed fine. Despite these small inconveniences, the flat was great.

Old part of city close to many boutique shops and cafes. Ground floor apartment so easy access for travellers with heavy cases. Good facilities very clean and comfortable..

The property was immaculate, with beautiful hardwood floors, a comfortable bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. I wish I stayed longer. The host was also exceptionally welcoming.

The house seemed a bit old, and I could hear footsteps from the floor above. Additionally, there was some construction work next door, which led to early morning noise. However, this wasn’t a major issue as I was up early regardless.

The kitchen area was small but very well equipped. The location was very convenient to central Utrecht.

I liked it all.
