It is a nice appartment on the ground floor, 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. It is nicely arranged anf everything was provided (even drinks in the fridge).

Fantastic apartment close to the city centre, very nice owners and some welcome drinks in the fridge. We will definitely come back!!

It is in the city center. Very quiet environment. Very well equipped.

There was only one thing I didn't like and it was the smell of the bathroom. There is ventilation that can be switched on, but a wonderfully equipped and absolutely clean bathroom should not smell. :(

Fantastic facility, everything you need to have a fantastic stay. Owner very accommodating and even arrange taxi. Bst B&B we ever stayed at and have everything that you might need. Location fantasties and only one street away from the main Chanel where everything happens. Will definitely go again.

Location. Size of apartment, everything inside that you might need. Owner even gave two bottles of wine,

The location was great to explore the city of Utrecht. The street was quiet but many bars, restaurants and shops were quickly accessible by foot or by bike. The apartment was very nice, we immediately felt welcomed.

Communicative and pleasant hosts. Located at heart of Utrecht, close to lots of restaurants and cute shops but still on a quiet residential street. Breakfast was generous and provided lactose-free option. Decor was cozy.

The bathtub had a drainage issue that made it smell very bad and disturbed our evening.
