Großes und gemütliches Bett. Die Bewohner sind freundlich.

Es handelt sich um ein Bad and Breakfast ohne Breakfast. Die Bilder und Rezensionen vermitteln ein Bad and Breakfast. Leider gibt es kein Frühstück. Die Bewohner verstehen leider kaum deutsch und English. Die Parkplätze draußen sind zwar Kostenlos jedoch muss man am Tag dauernd die Parkscheibe umstellen was auch nicht bei Booking dargestellt wird. Dir eine Nacht ist es Okay ein Aufenthalt für länger ist leider nicht zu empfehlen.

The bedroom was clean, bright, and had good coffee/tea making facilies. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was lovely. The family were very nice after a bit of initial confusion, largley on my part as detailed below. I was helped up the two flights of stairs to the bedroom by out host, which was very kind. Parking was on the street just outside the property.

Perhaps I had not read the description of the property carefully enough, but we were surprised to find ourselves in the middle of a housing development, and that the accommodation was a bedroom in the family home. Whilst sharing the family bathroom with the host family was not a great problem in itself, it's not something I have done for 30/40 years. They do not provide breakfast, which wasn't a problem for us as we had to leave early in the morning. Zoetermeer itself is not the most inspiring of places, but we were there for a Gig at the local music venue (which was very good, especially if you want to stock up on your cannabis supplies!!!) Be aware if you are, like us, using this accommodation as a base for the music venue, it is long walk away and has the potential to get lost, we had to get a taxi.

the property is clean, well organized, new. location is great, walking distance to the center.

sharing bathroom with owners and when something went wrong owners always assume it is guest's problem as they put note in somewhere. last day of stay, I came down to return the key, owner take the chance to ask me the question about city tax, which is fine. then later owner forgot where she put the key, then called me right away assume I did not return the key, which I did.

The room has character. Nice big shower (shared with other rooms), and coffè machine in the room (although I was not able to operate it and ended up without coffè).

Some how I had in mind reviews about fabulous breakfast when I booked, but breaksfast was no longher provided/availabe. Impossible to buy breakfast nearby before 9 AM. The problem comes after the stay: it has been impossible in the following weeks to get a receip via email (i needed with company name for my expense report). I have been writing in English multiple emails to ask for the receip and was getting one-sentence-answers in Dutch of the likes: Goedenmiddag, Vrijdag gaan wij uw factuur maken, ons internet doet het niet, ze komen dat donderdag maken

Lovely host, really nice and helpful. Very clean and plenty of towels.

There is free parking will a badge but you have to change this every 3 hours so would have been impacting if we wanted to go out all day without the car.
