New Hotel Castle

住了几晚，房间很干净，住着舒适，老板人超级好，员工也很好。中间徒步可以寄存下行李，回来还洗了衣服。很棒。

It’s really great to have a shower especially when you just finish the Annapurna Circuit Trek. Also, it’s near to the Lake!

The owner is amazing.

Honestly, this was one of the best places I stayed in Pokhara. It felt more like a warm, welcoming homestay than a hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotless, and equipped with everything you might need. The common areas are cozy and inviting, with the added bonus of being able to make yourself tea or coffee anytime. The people here are really kind and always ready to help.

The hotel itself is so nice and comfy and the family that runs it is so kind and helpful. The location is great too, in a very quiet street.

A magnificent option! Thank you to all the staff for their warmth, kindness, and unobtrusiveness – this is truly valuable. At the same time, the staff readily answered all our questions and requests. The room is spacious; there are no wardrobes, but the hangers provided turned out to be quite convenient. The chairs and table are of a normal height, making it comfortable to work at them. Hot water is always available from the gas heater. There are water coolers on each floor for refilling water bottles 👍 and a kettle. You can order food or cook yourself in the kitchen!

On the downside, the surroundings are noisy. There's a cafe nearby where local celebrations with loud music are held from time to time. Also, the place for the departure and arrival of tourist buses is next door, so it can be very noisy early in the morning when people are gathering for the buses.

We decided to extend our stay here after trekking to Poon Hill. We just changed rooms, and the windows faced the other side, so at least we avoided the music from the cafe this time! The room was even bigger, and there's even a bathtub, although we've gotten a bit out of the habit of using bathtubs while traveling in Asia. There's access to a large balcony. We suspect we shared it with the neighboring room, but no one was there. Here too, there are no wardrobes, but there are convenient places to hang clothes. By the way, I forgot to mention that the hotel manager is European! With all due respect to Nepalese and Indian people, this was a big plus for us.

The only remaining downside is the early morning gatherings of people near the buses. oh, well, we prefer blankets with duvet covers, and this hotel has a wool blanket option
