"It was private and beautiful."

Absolutely beautiful. Our views were spectacular and the area felt like we were alone in paradise. The hosts were gracious and very welcoming. The room was clean and the amenities were well thought out.

"We will be back! Stunning secluded stay."

It was a piece of paradise in the middle of nowhere. The room was beautiful & spacious and beautifully furnished. There is a link to a utility room. You are the only guests and you have a very private wing and outdoor patio with spectacular views and not overlooked by the main house. The Dave & Ivy are wonderful hosts.

The property has great views in a very relaxing environment. The home is clean and lovely, with a very friendly dog to greet you. The hosts also were very helpful and accommodating when we had a booking issue.

"Serenity meets scenery under a starlight haven"

The scenery is stunning.It is serene and tranquil at Kauri Glen .The room and facilities are luxurious. Ivy and Dave, the hosts are very kind and lovely people. We felt very peaceful during our stay . We loved Walter the dog too . 😊 We highly recommend Kauri Glen for a retreat into quiet, peace and nature.

Great location & hosts, beautiful views, very modern & comfy place.

No appliances for cooking other than the microwave. The hosts allowed us to use our mini BBQ outside, which was great!
