North Hideaway

Great location if your making a trip up to the cape. Clean room, friendly hosts with good knowledge of the area.

I didn't expect the room to be as small as it was, compared to the photos. Their is no air conditioner, even though the listing states it has, so it does heat up fairly quickly even with a fan.

Comfortable little cabin. Great location for exploring the Northlands. Quiet location with parking right outside the door.

This is a compact cabin, and although well equipped, space could be tight if staying for longer than a night or two.

The owners greeted us in person and were very friendly and helpful. There is a state of the art shower room, a Smart TV and excellent WiFi. The bed was comfortable. The location is quite remote but it worked well as a stopover when travelling.

It would have been nice to have had bedside tables, somewhere to hang clothes and facilities for washing up.

The host Dennis was lovely and gave us some fresh milk and avocado. Perfect location for accessing the far far north and Cape Reinga. Very clean. Cute little cabin

There were some ants in the bathroom but we were given good bug spray which did the job. Could use a bit more crockery and cutlery as nowhere to wash the dishes. Limited eateries around the property so be aware of that!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft von freundlichen Gastgebern. Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Fernseher, großes Bett und Tischgruppe vorhanden.

Das Bad schwimmt, wenn man ausgiebig duscht bzw. nicht aufpasst, da es keinen Vorhang oder ähnliches gibt.
