Wonderful location and great home, thanks both for your hospitality!

Nous avons été reçu comme des princes, que dis-je comme des rois ! La maison est superbe, nos hôtes ont été charmants, très attentionnés, dévoués et super organisés alors que nous étions plusieurs couples de passage durant nos séjours (2 nuits).

The location outside of Rotorua proper was great, with easy access to town center and all attractions. In addition the views into town and the lake were wonderful! But what really made this B&B stand out was the warmth and hospitality of the owners, Ron and Lesley. It felt more like staying with friends than a B&B!

Beautiful place and hosts. Perfect stay! The breakfast was outstanding with a view that was breathtaking.

Nothing, it really was fantastic and we both wish we could have stayed longer.

The welcome from Ron and Lesley was unbelievable. So helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was of a very high standard and was spotless.

The apartment was fantastic and has a breathtaking view over Rotorua. We loved sitting on the terrace, enjoying breakfast and savouring the view. Nice to meet Ron and Lesley who were both lovely.
