Really well-appointed, great hosts, beautiful views

Nothing. Only slight drawback is that it’s on the edge of town so you’d need to drive or take a taxi if you wanted to go for a meal but the views over Rotorua and the accommodation itself more than offset this

Beautiful view! Comfortable bed and quiet. Wonderful to meet other couples from around the world.

Would have been preferable to have one of the other rooms with en suite bathroom, but it worked out alright in the end.

We were very pleased with everything here at Karanda. Leslie and Ron were very warm, friendly and helpful! Breakfast was hearty and delicious. Their help in figuring out things to do was excellent. The views were amazing!

Gorgeous views and location! You can see the entire town, lake, hills - just spectacular! Our host upgraded us to a beautiful room for our honeymoon. They also fulfilled any requests we made promptly and kindly, ie coffee mugs, ice pack for my husbands knee. Seriously top notch hosts and very welcoming! They made the stay feel very special!

Kitchenette is currently a work in progress which the host let us know so not an issue at all! You can technically park in the driveway but it’s a bit of a tight fit down the steep drive. Guests can park at the top of the drive in the neighborhood space which was easier!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Room with a tremendous view overlooking Rotorua. The hosts were extremely helpful and made us feel very much at home.

Absolutament tot. Començant per la senyora de la casa que és un prodigi d'amabilitat. L'habitació era perfecta i molt confortable. Les vistes eren increïbles. El millor b&b en el que es pot estar.
