"Superb"

Everything. Claire and Steve are very nice. We had some nice chat and some good laughs. Breakfast was an added bonus to start your day. Highly recommended.

I was traveling on my motorcycle and the place is good 200 meters from the road. And those 200 meters are not smooth tarmac and neither are they flat. Off road conditions but I managed on my sport tourer motorcycle. It was not a big issue in the end. But I can definitely see an inexperienced motorcycle rider struggling. But then again, how often they get people traveling on motorcycles. :-)

The location is very handy for the stunning walking tracks in the Hunua ranges. The quiet rural setting is really beautiful as well. The home-cooked meal was really yummy and an added benefit.

"Welcoming stay"

Claire and Steve were very welcoming as were their lovely dogs! Lovely quiet location and the room was very comfortable. Great that breakfast was provided too. Good home cooking.

It was a pleasure to meet Claire and Steve, we had really nice chats. And a got a little tour around the house and the garden, the dogs were nice too. I can strongly recommend staying here.
