wonderful warm welcome. Beautiful property with spacious comfortable room and delicious breakfast full of homemade ingredients.

The size of the room was fantastic with a beautiful view.

Bathroom, not enough bench space to put anything. A basin does is not good enoug. Did not like the carpet in the bathroom or no window.

This is a stunning family home set in a peaceful location, we stayed in a beautiful comfortable large bedroom overlooking the garden. We had fabulous breakfast of homemade breads, jams, fruits and we were really pampered from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for our perfect hosts Jane and Stewart 😊

Good continental breakfast. We had dinner one evening with Jane and Stewart - lovely home cooked food. The rooms are huge and plenty of opportunity to walk around the gardens and grounds. We accidentally left clothes in the wardrobe and Jane kindly left them at a closer pick up point for us which was greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately the swimming pool wasn't quite as inviting as the photos looked.

We would like to thank Jane and Stewart for their wonderful hospitality. Our family felt truly welcomed and very well taken care of at Tipapa Estates. The hosts baked bread themselves and lit a fire in the fireplace for us in the evening. The rooms are cozy and clean. Everything you need is provided to feel absolutely comfortable during your stay. Although we did not join the hosts for dinner this time (it needs to be arranged in advance), we would definitely do so on our next visit. We recommend this place 1000%.

A beautiful property in a gorgeous location with wonderful owners. Our stay was short but filled with so much fun for my son who loved the farm experience
