"Fantastic studio close to the beach."

This is a lovely place to stay. The studio has everything you need for a couple of nights. It was clean, private and the breakfast supplies were delicious. Sandy and Ray are lovely hosts and their poodle Louis is adorable. It's just a short walk to the beach. Perfect for a relaxed getaway. Highly recommend.

Owners were very nice 🙂 Room was very clean and breakfast was very nice. Need to update the TV so it has Chromecast as nowadays everyone expects to connect to social media, YouTube and streaming like Netflix. Also need to update the towels. Carpet would also be nice. The deck needs more privacy. Overall good.

"Comfortable self-contained studio near Pekapeka beach with great breakfast and a bonus of birdsong"

I booked on the afternoon I wanted to stay due to change of plans but host communication was still prompt & great - helpful instructions for finding studio. Comfortable bed & clean facilities. Birdsong was lovely. Quiet neighbourhood. Off-street parking. Good breakfast.

Had trouble working the toaster oven but microwave was good.

Breakfast was very nice. All we needed. Location to the beach great.

Maybe a nice cookie to have with a cuppa on arrival.
