"We loved our stay."

The host Hannah was extremely nice and accommodating. The room was large and very well appointed. We loved all the natural light and the view of the mountains, lake and cows. The breakfast was delicious and Hannah prepared it early one morning so we could make our scheduled outing. We would definitely stay again in this beautiful and serene setting.

No complaints at all.

Loved everything about the property. Great room thoughtfully decorated, beautiful view sweet patio, nice touches like quality soaps and robes. Wonderful host. Close to town but out of the fray so easy to take in the view and relax.

Fabulous B&B! Loved the location, comfortable room, and delicious breakfast. Hannah is a wonderful, warm, and caring host, who will go out of her way to insure you have everything you need. The room offers a great deal of privacy and the common area is substantial, with many amenities. Dunluce Boutique B&B is an excellent place to stay while visiting Te Anau.

Loved everything about the property; especially the beautiful gardens and view.

There is nothing not to like. One of my favorite stays in NZ. I have been telling people about the place.
