Dunluce Boutique B&B

Absolutely the best B&B / accommodation in Te Anau. Hannah, our host, was welcoming, thoughtful and helpful throughout our entire stay. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, made me feel right at home. The breakfast spread in the mornings are healthy and delicious. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Hannah was absolutely INCREDIBLE, she made us feel so comfortable and provided everything we could need/want and more! The room was BEAUTIFUL, so homely, clean and welcoming. The location was beyond perfect, the view was spectacular. I could not recommend Dunluce Boutique more!

Hannah was a fantastic host. She made sure we had everything we needed and made us wonderful breakfast. The view from our room was amazing. Our room was comfortable and cozy. If I ever return to Te Anua I will definitely stay at Dunluce.

The host Hannah was very accomodating and friendly, often going far over and above the ordinary to make our stay simply the best. She started our day off with a beautiful breakfast each morning and even packed us a takeaway breaky on our last day. The shared dining space and rooms were fresh and the heated tiles in the bathroom were a nice touch for a winter’s stay. The view from our room was breathtaking and we cannot wait to stay again.

Hannah is amazing! We booked this last minute as the original place we were staying at was run down really bad. As soon as we arrived Hannah made us feel at home the warm heater on, water in our room, mini chocolates, heated tile floors in the bathroom, bath robes, Netflix, outdoor patio - it’s heaven! Hannah was there to answer any questions we had and also respected our privacy to relax 😊 I just cannot explain how amazing this place was I would highly highly highly recommend coming here such a wonderful and luxurious experience. Not to mention the food, coffee, breakfast, muffins everything was divine - freshly cooked and baked by Hannah. She even packed us breakfast and coffee cups for our trip to Milford sound. I could go on and on about this place - this place is a gem! The bed is comfy, the house feels cozy, it’s just a magical experience! I miss you already Hannah! Thankyou for allowing me to stay in your wondeful home 💞💞💞💞💞

Everything was fabulous

Beautiful BnB, gorgeous location and stunning lake and mountain views. Really a luxury boutique hotel. Breakfasts are incredibly delicious. Rooms are beautifully decorated, very comfy beds, huge bathrooms. Really nice terrace outside the room. Immaculately clean. Lovely lounge with fireplace to sit and have a tea or hot chocolate. Hannah is the nicest person, she has gone above and beyond for us, including meeting gluten free dietary needs. We are so sad to leave!

The room was modern and clean and the bed was so comfortable! The electric blankets, heater and heated bathroom tiles were amazing in winter. Hannah was the most wonderful host and cooks an amazing breakfast, we really felt like we were at home and were sad to leave Dunluce! The rooms overlook the mountains and it is a short drive to the town centre. Honestly couldn’t recommend staying here enough.

Hannah is the ultimate host! This lovely, quiet B&B is just 5 minutes out of town, and a world away. Guests feel welcome as a result of all the little touches Hannah has provided throughout the stay as well as the great tips she provides for whatever you might want to do in the area. She has a gracious sense of how much to be present for her guests, leaving them to their privacy and relaxation in perfect measure. The breakfasts are hearty, homemade and deeply delicious. We'll surely be back!
