Jan's Boutique B & B Suite

Perfect location, great dining recommendation, plenty of breakfast items and fresh fruit. Jan was lovely and we would highly recommend the property.

Besides a having a wonderful room we were walking distance to the botanical gardens and restaurants.

This is a great place to base yourself for a stay in Christchurch. For a B & B you have a lot of privacy and it is quite roomy. I would happily stay here again.

Jan was an excellent host. Friendly and helpful with information about the area. The rooms were a lovely size and the breakfast provided was great, lots of choice and fresh. The garden area around the property gives great privacy and there was no noise from the road at the front. The off road parking space was really helpful. Nice and easy to walk into the centre of Christchurch and the beautiful botanical gardens are just a stone's throw away. We had a great stay!

Delightful hosts. A separate building at the back of a lovely garden. Great location. One bedroom with separate dining and sitting room.

I would love to spent more time

A peaceful location in easy reach of Christchurch walking through Hagley Park. Jan is a treasure, very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was perfect - separate bedroom from the living area, very clean and very comfortable. We stayed for two nights after 26 hours of traveling and it was the perfect place to be.

There was nothing to not like.

A friendly hostess, a lovely quiet ground floor apartment looking out onto a pretty garden, and well situated for strolling through the park into town. Recommended!
