"Nice stay. New bed and sofa would make it better"

Private entrance to the room. Jan was a wonderful host with good advice about the area. Beautiful garden. Excellent breakfast

Bed was quite uncomfortable as was the sofa in the lounge area.

Location and parking. Having a lounge room. Jan supplied a simple breakfast and some lovely treats.

Maybe have a washing machine / dryer. A microwave would be handy too.
