The parking is one line only and if you are near the gate and the others will go out, you have to move your car.

The beach house stay was pleasant and enjoyable. They had clean living spaces, and roomy outdoor spaces for relaxing or entertaining. The location was good as proximity to local attractions, restaurants, and shops is nearby San Juan. Overall, it was a decent stay.

There were some inconveniences such as very low bedding and a steep staircase leading to the rooms which may be uncomfortable for older people. The bathrooms we stayed in also had no heater. Nonetheless, this was communicated to the hosts and they were open to implementing these changes in the future.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Beach nearby with the resto bar was good

I was surprised - no hot water provided in the hotel you pay almost 3000 pesos per night. Bed lining very poor quality. Shower head faulty - could not have shower in "Deluxe Double Room with Balcony" on... ground floor. Party 5 meters away from our room in the garden going loudly up until 3:30 a.m.... I don't understand how this facility was able to get high scores in booking.com which misled me completely. Next time will check reviews on this site more carefully.

When we first arrived it seemed like it was someone's private house and felt not sure.......we checked in and stayed for 4 days.....we where made to feel very welcome and comfortable by the owners....I would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone.....
