Walking distance to bancal port a gate way to island hopping in gigantes island, caretaker is very accomodating, they allowed us to check-in early in the morning even if the check-in time is in the afternoon without extra fees, breakfast is included in their rate

aircon and room needs cleaning (spider web is visible😊), it is better if you have a hot/cold shower just in case the weather gets cold, I don't know if other rooms are the same, but they have different rooms to choose from maybe I choose the most budgeted one that's why🤣🤣

I love how Nanay accommodated all my requests. Actually, I surprised my husband on his birthday during our first day, and Nanay helped with all the preparations. And it was a success, the foods that Nanay prepared are delicious and so much for us, so we still have foods left the next day, and they still served them. We really has a great time staying here. Thank you Nanay :)

the location of Chateau De Aow was perfect for travellers going on an overnight trip to Gigantes Islands...a tricycle ride away from the port. But the best part of staying in Chateau was the warm accommodation and service of the owner and staff, very personalized. they allowed us to leave our luggages after checkout and headed to Gigantes with our backpacks only. the next day we dropped by to pick up our luggages. it was a very helpful gesture to accommodate our request for no fee at all. 😍🙂♥️

I like the proximity of the place to the port where we meet up our group for the tour. The staff are very friendly and accomodating

Wifi isignal s not strong enough when u go to your room. Aircon is not that cold.

The hosts were super helpful and the breakfast was tasty, I was there for one night before a 2N/3D Isla Gigantes trip and they let me store my luggage, I was there on a week-end and after settling in I was able to take a trike to town for the week-end night market to get some food and watch the kids play games. Walking distance to the port for island hopping.
