Pànto - Rooftop boutique rooms

The location in the heart of the bustling old town was wonderful. The cool, peace & quiet of the room provided a lovely contrast to that. The breakfast & stunning from the rooftop terrace was a great beginning to the day!

On the whole we absolutely loved our stay here! Our only concern was that our bedroom in the Alcova suite, there is a high step at the end of the bed! Unused to this my wife slipped & fell from the edge of this twice during our single night stay! I myself tripped once too! We both agreed this is potentially highly dangerous & needs attention in an otherwise delightful room!

Honestly this was way beyond what we could have hoped for. Location is a 10/10, they provided a super nice itinerary to visit the city on our own and we asked whether they also had beach towels. Not only did they provide that, but also sun block 🥺 They were always super thoughtful and a super nice environment and comfortable place. Would definitely recommend!

Eine klare 10 von 10. Top Lage, unglaublich unkomplizierter Check-In. Aber besonders hervorzuheben sind die Menschen die dort eigentlich "nur" ihre Arbeit verrichten. Äußerst freundlich, stets hilfsbereit, und sie gaben uns sogar noch Tips für unsere Heimreise. In einem Wort: Erstklassig!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pànto Rooftop Boutique Rooms. My husband and I have stayed in many different hotels over the years, but this was honestly one of our favorites. The location is perfect right in the heart of Palermo, within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants and bars, yet the room was quiet and comfortable. Mari and all the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. Communication was excellent, and he gave us great recommendations that made our stay even better. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The rooftop terrace was simply amazing, and having breakfast there every morning with the view over Palermo was a special experience. We truly felt welcomed and at home during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

What a fabulous lady who runs this beautiful boutique hotel. I loved everything about this place. The location was so central and the view just perfect from the rooftop terrace when having breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and I was given lots of information via WhatsApp on places to visit and eat etc. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was very good. I loved the floor to ceiling doors that I could open to look down on the square below. The shower was very good and not slippery like others that I have been in. The rooftop terrace was available whenever you wanted to take a drink up there and read and take in the view.... it was just beautiful. As I travel everywhere on my own I'm always aware of how secure a place is. I felt very secure here as you needed codes to access the front door and the door upstairs to the area where your room was. I was able to leave my luggage on my last day and there was access to a bathroom to freshen up for the journey home.

Emplacement, calme, propreté, confort, rooftop: c'est parfait. Â deux pas du bus pour l'aéroport. Près devtous les lieux à visiter. Notre hôtesse parle français pour un petit bonus.

Une seule clé. Pas de bouteille d'eau pour accueil.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, les lits sont confortable et on se sent en sécurité.

Nous somme arrivé 30 min avant la fin du petit déjeuner et il n'y avait quasi plus rien a mangé, mais la vu sur le rooftop est très jolie
