Pànto - Rooftop boutique rooms

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet - man kommt zu Fuß zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten - ( und mit dem Aufzug den 3. Stock hoch)und danach kommt an in ein großzügiges sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer zurück. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.

Austattung, interior Design und vor allem die Staff, richtige Gastgeber, würde ich als herausragend bezeichnen! Die Lage ist top!

Beautiful room in a fantastic location. Staff were very helpful, providing a lovely rooftop breakfast and useful information about the key sights and restaurants.

Posizione super centrale, molto comoda, perfetta per girare il centro. Camere e bagno nuovi e belli. Per la colazione fanno due turni, uno alle 8 e uno alla 9, conviene bloccare subito quando si prenota il turno che si preferisce, perché altrimenti si rischia che non ci sia posto (la terrazza è piccolina, ma molto bella)

Molto rumoroso la sera

Room decor was chic. Great AC in the room. The shared rooftop was nice to enjoy the city views.

Our shower drain stopped working and flooded the bathroom. When I reported it, I was told I caused the clog because I washed my hair. They fixed it, but the next day it happened again even without washing my hair. Also, the bed is on a step which I forgot about in the middle of the night. I got up and missed the step and fell. There should be a light sensor or something for the that step - it’s dangerous. Lastly the comforter on the bed did not have a duvet cover which I found odd.

Die Lage war wirklich toll! Nur wenige Schritte zur Via Roma, von dort aus sind eigentlich alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Terrasse wo man das Frühstück einnimmt ist wirklich nett und es schöner Start in den Tag.

Auch wenn das Personal und die Lage toll sind, gab es leider auch ein paar Dinge, die uns nicht gefallen haben. Das Apartment wurde zb wirklich nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Als der Gast vor ins abgereist ist, hat die Reinigung auch nur 1h gedauert. Zwar war das Bett frisch bezogen und Klo und Waschbecken waren oberflächlich rein, aber in allen Ecken der Suite war Staub od Schmutz, die Wand hat auch sehr abgewohnt ausgesehen. Die Stufe mitten im Raum, auf der das Bett steht, ist eine richtige Stolperfalle in der Nacht! Das Bett sah aus wie ein Campingbett, war aber zumindest halbwegs bequem. Was allerdings das größte Manko war: die Lautstärke. Unsere Suite hatte kein Tageslicht, nur 2 Fenster in den Innenhof. Wie wurden jeden Tag gegen 06:20 Uhr durch das Ziehen der Mülltonnen durch die Müllabfuhr geweckt, was echt nervig war. Außerdem hörte man jedes noch so leise Geräusch aus dem Gang, weil alles so gehallt hat.
