Pànto - Rooftop boutique rooms

Fab terrace just near our room to use not just for breakfast but to bring back a drink and enjoy in the sunshine away from any crowds on the street. Staff were fab, both at reception when we checked in early and breakfast. The bathroom even with shower for use by those checking in early or checking out late was a great extra.

Although lots of choice at breakfast, mostly sweet. As there was cheese and salami though and butter, it would have been good to have some just plain fresh crusty bread to be able to have. Also some fresh fruit would have been a really lovely addition, however overall minor improvements to what was a fab stay at a good value price point.

Excellent location, and the staff was so warm and inviting. The room was fairly updated.

Our room was really small, and the bathroom door and shower wall to bedroom are glass. So in the bathroom there is zero privacy. We also didn’t like that there was no safe for us to use.

The architecture of the room (modern & trendy)

- inflexibility of the staff about the check-in & breakfast time (you can’t be 1 min late or used the breakfast one more minute) - half pleasant manager - uncomfortable bed & no double glazing (so if you are in a room on the courtyard you are hearing main door opening/closing & bins getting out) - no toilette except in the room (none in commun area) - rooftop picture (with nice view) on booking is not commun space but belong to a room

Absolutely outstanding! We stayed for our honeymoon and it was amazing. The staff were wonderful and we felt right at home! We cannot wait to come back!
